I'm not on my laptop right now, because it's down. It getting fixed, though. I thought I wouldn't be able to post until it got fixed, but I'm using our other computer. I'm sorry I didn't post another one the other night like I said I would. Alright, I'm going to stop blabbing and give you the story, sorry for the wait. **************** *Joe nudged him and cleared his throat. F: "I mean, pretty." I laughed. JOE: "I must agree." JARED: "Alright, we're going to step back here with Nick. I guess we'll see you ladies when the wedding starts!" We gave them quick hugs and headed to the main part of the church.* (45 minutes later.) The maids and I have finished taking our pictures. Phew. Pictures are out of the way... I just hope the guys took good ones. Now after the ceremony we'll take MORE pictures, but with all of us together, then the reception! Let's hope it doesn't get too crazy, though. A: "Okay Madlyn, the wedding is starting in less than an hour. We all need to go to the backroom and get prepared, because people are coming." We walked to the backroom and the makeup ladies touched our makeup up. (20 minutes later.) Someone knocked on the door... ?: "Wedding director!" M: "Come in." She opened the door. WED. DIRECT.: "Okay, the maids need to go and get ready to walk down the aisle with the men. After that, the groom will walk out. Then, you will Madlyn." M: "Alright. Good luck guys..." They gave me quick hugs and walked out, leaving me alone with my mother. I was looking in the mirror when she came up beside me. CLAIRE: "You look gorgeous, honey." M: "Thanks..." C: "Don't be nervous. This is your special day. Enjoy it. It may never happen again." I gave her a soft smile. She hugged me and released a few moments later. C: "I need to go, I'll be walking out in a few moments. I love you very much, and I know you will be very happy with Nick..." Her voice was calm and soft. She kissed my forhead. She slowly waved goodbye as she was walking out the door. I slowly waved back. (10 minutes later) "WED. DIRECT.: "Alright Madlyn, it's time to get ready to walk down the aisle." I stood up and took one last look in the mirror. I turned towards the door and walked out slowly. I saw my father. I was walking down the aisle with him. He hugged me. (AN- Her dads name is Curtis) A single tear ran down his cheek. M: "What's wrong dad?" He smiled softly at me. C: "I hate to give you up, but I wouldn't give you up to any other man but Nick. I know you'll be happy with each other, and that's I want for you..." Awh man, I felt the tear welling up in my eyes. I blinked repeatingly to hold them back. M: "Thank you, dad..." C: "For what?" I smiled at him. M: "Everything." He kissed my cheek. We turned to the double doors that were closed. They led to the main room, where everyone was wait for us. WED. DIRECT.: "1 minute. Are you guys ready?" My dad held his arm out and I latched mine with it. M: "We're ready..." I felt my nerves getting worked up again. I smiled at my dad and he smiled back. I could hear everyone stand up in the main room, meaning it was time for us to walk out. The wedding director pushed the doors opened and we entered the main room. I saw familiar faces and unfamiliar faces. There was SO many people, more than invited. We slowly made our way down the asile, with people crying and smiling at us. We reached the steps. My dad slowly released my arm from his. Nick stepped down and offered his arm. I latched mine with his. We walked up the steps and faced the priest. P: "Dearly beloved, we are gathered together here in the sight of God, and in the face of this company, to join together this Man and this Woman in holy Matrimony; which is an honourable estate, instituted of God, signifying unto us the mystical union that is betwixt Christ and his Church: which holy estate Christ adorned and beautified with his presence and first miracle that he wrought in Cana of Galilee, and is commended of Saint Paul to be honourable among all men: and therefore is not by any to be entered into unadvisedly or lightly; but reverently, discreetly, advisedly, soberly, and in the fear of God. Into this holy estate these two persons present come now to be joined. If any man can show just cause, why they may not lawfully be joined together, let him now speak, or else hereafter for ever hold his peace..." **************** I totally copied what the priest said from a website on Google.
